Harry Potter scarf - crochet 2by ~cideon

Artisan Crafts / Needlework / Crochet

Rather similar to my previous scarf, same yarn even. This scarf is done in double crochet though, giving it those extra horizontal lines. It's a bit more than five feet long, not counting the fringe. This past Monday and Tuesday the temp was down to 25-27 degrees, and as I am used t our 40-60 degree winters, I was mighty glad I had my scarf to keep me warm! Now just to go watch the new Harry Potter film -_^

Could you tell me how many rows you had to crochet in one colour? And what size hook are you using? I'm currently making one for my boyfriend as he's a huge Harry Potter fan.
